Accessibility statement

This statement applies to the Ninestone website (this site). Accessibility isn't a compliance line for us. It's a design constraint we build to from the start, because the residents our council customers serve include everyone.

This website

We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA on this site. In practice that means:

• Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and a skip link
• All text meets AA contrast ratios; no information is conveyed by colour alone
• Fully keyboard-navigable with visible focus indicators
• Respects your reduced-motion preference; no animation, autoplay or movement
• Readable when zoomed to 400% and on small screens
• No cookies, popups or interruptions

Our products

Council-facing and resident-facing products are built to WCAG 2.2 AA. Councils deploying Ninestone software receive a product accessibility statement in the model format for their obligations under the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018.
